Each First Friday of the month, I offer a nourishing sound bath designed help you reconnect with yourself, release stress, and restore balance within.

For your comfort, please bring a yoga mat to lay on. Optional items for added coziness: a blanket, pillow, and eye mask.

Street parking is ample. If you're coming from the FedEx building, go up the second set of stairs and it'll be on your left.

Children who are able to lay quietly are welcome to join parents/guardians for free.
