Each First Friday of the month, I offer a nourishing sound bath designed help you reconnect with yourself, release stress, and restore balance within.

  • For your comfort, please bring a yoga mat to lay on. Optional items for added coziness: a blanket, pillow, and eye mask.

  • Street parking is ample. If you're coming from the FedEx building, go up the second set of stairs and it'll be on your left.

  • Children who are able to lay quietly are welcome to join parents/guardians for free.
