We take on limiting beliefs around prosperity from others: our family, ancestors, our community, society, and more. We believe that limitation is just the way it is - but that scarcity mindset could not be further from the truth.
Limiting beliefs around abundance can be healed. In fact, if this resonates for you, it’s ASKING to be healed.

At this time of great tumult on Earth, which reflects the tumult within, we have an opportunity to turn towards ourselves and anchor more deeply in love. This can look like opening to (rather than rejecting) our own discomfort (whether that be physical, mental, emotional, relational) and being curious about its origin, all the while giving ourselves great self-love and compassion.
Love truly does heal all.
Your body and mind are constantly showing you the ways in which you can bring in more love, in order to become freer, happier, more expansive. But, we have to make the courageous choice to listen. In opting for the latter, we embark upon a liberating journey.
Held in a nurturing, sacred container, you’ll be invited to anchor in greater love, through self-healing in the quantum field. The goal is to leave lighter, more embodied, and grounded in deeper self-trust and love.

About Laura
Laura Rebecca Sanchez, MSN, NP, MIM (she/they) is a certified energy medicine practitioner, sound healer, and trauma-informed nurse practitioner. She is devoted to guiding others in holistic healing of the body, mind, and heart. Laura’s mission is to lovingly support individuals in stepping into their authentic power, cultivating inner peace, and reclaiming their unique voice. With a strong connection to the divine feminine, her work centers on coming home to the vibrant truth of who you are, through the power of the heart & love.
She is a graduate of UC Berkeley, UC San Francisco, the Academy of Intuition Medicine®, and the Globe Institute. She is also a teaching assistant at the Academy of Intuition Medicine®. Laura gracefully weaves together her knowledge of the body with her experience in energy medicine, sound healing, and modern mysticism, offering transformative sound baths, 1:1 sessions, and workshops.
