Abundance is our natural state of being. But, through accumulated trauma, we forget this. We take on limiting beliefs around prosperity from others: our immediate family, ancestors, community, broader society, and more.
We start to believe that limitation is just the way it is. That scarcity mindset could not be further from the truth.
Limiting beliefs and other blocks around prosperity can be healed.
Abundance is your birthright.
At this time of great tumult on Earth, which reflects the tumult within, we have an opportunity to turn inward and anchor more deeply in love. Prosperity is a by-product of trusting in the power of love. True prosperity emanates from the faith that you are always being loved and cared for.
In this sound meditation, you’ll be held in a nurturing, sacred container, where you’ll be invited to anchor in greater prosperity. We’ll begin with a guided meditation and end with a sound bath. All will support the release of limiting beliefs and the reconnection to the frequency of abundance.
The goal is to leave lighter, freer, and grounded deeper in your authentic connection to prosperity.

About Laura
Laura Rebecca Sanchez, MSN, NP, MIM (she/they) is a certified energy medicine practitioner, sound healer, and trauma-informed nurse practitioner. She is devoted to guiding others in holistic healing of the body, mind, and heart. Laura’s mission is to lovingly support individuals in stepping into their authentic power, cultivating inner peace, and reclaiming their unique voice. With a strong connection to the divine feminine, her work centers on coming home to the vibrant truth of who you are, through the medicine of the heart- love.
She is a graduate of UC Berkeley, UC San Francisco, the Academy of Intuition Medicine®, and the Globe Institute. She is also a teacher at the Academy of Intuition Medicine®. Laura gracefully weaves together her knowledge of the body with her experience in energy medicine, sound healing, and modern mysticism, offering transformative sound baths, 1:1 sessions, and workshops.
