Self-Love: Guided Energy Healing Meditation & Sound Bath

Love is a frequency. It’s the energy that motivates all of us, consciously or not. Working with this potent energy is incredibly powerful for healing the body, mind, and heart.
In the first part of this experience, Laura will guide you through a meditation where you’ll learn to use the energy of love on yourself. In the second half, you’ll soak in sacred sound, allowing the healing frequencies to continue the healing.
Here, you’ll be immersed in a cocoon of healing sounds, gracefully guided by Laura’s voice, in concert with crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments. Whether you’re seeking clarity, greater self-love, a moment of rest, or deeper healing, this gathering is designed to leave you feeling lighter and rejuvenated.

At this time of great tumult on Earth, which reflects the tumult within, we have an opportunity to turn towards ourselves and anchor more deeply in love. This can look like opening to (rather than rejecting) our own discomfort (whether that be physical, mental, emotional, relational) and being curious about its origin, all the while giving ourselves great self-love and compassion.
Love truly does heal all.
Your body and mind are constantly showing you the ways in which you can bring in more love, in order to become freer, happier, more expansive. But, we have to make the courageous choice to listen. In opting for the latter, we embark upon a liberating journey.
Held in a nurturing, sacred container, you’ll be invited to anchor in greater love, through self-healing in the quantum field. The goal is to leave lighter, more embodied, and grounded in deeper self-trust and love.

Laura Rebecca Sanchez, MSN, NP, MIM (she/they) is a certified energy medicine practitioner, sound healer, and trauma-informed nurse practitioner. She is devoted to guiding others in holistic healing of the body, mind, and heart. Laura’s mission is to lovingly support individuals in stepping into their authentic power, cultivating inner peace, and reclaiming their unique voice. With a strong connection to the divine feminine, her work centers on coming home to the vibrant truth of who you are, through the power of the heart & love.
