This sound journey is for those seeking sanctuary amidst the chaos of the external world to calm the nervous system, connect within, and bathe in healing frequencies.
You will be guided through a grounding meditation, followed by a sound bath centered on finding peace in the body, mind, and heart. We will end will gentle somatic movement.

No prior experience needed. Please bring a yoga mat; optional to bring a blanket, pillow, and eye mask (these make it extra cozy).
