Root into yourself through a grounding sound bath focused on calming the mind+body & tuning into your truest self.

New Year, New Roots: A Grounding Sound Bath for the Queer Community

Join us for an immersive sound healing experience created by and for the queer community—a space to land, soften, and root more deeply into yourself.

Guided by the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, grounding drums, vocals, Koshi chimes, and other healing instruments, this journey is designed to calm the nervous system, gently release what no longer serves, and restore balance within. Through a deeply grounding soundscape, you’ll be invited to let go of old patterns and connect more fully to your inner power and the wisdom of your heart—laying new roots for a more aligned, abundant, and authentic 2026.

We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation to quiet the mind and anchor into the body, followed by a nourishing sound bath that supports deep rest and inner listening. To integrate the experience, we’ll close with light somatic movement, helping the insights and shifts settle into your body.

Afterward, you’re warmly invited to stay for some light snacks to help nurture and root into the body + tea and community connection.

Come as you are. This is a space to ground, release, and remember who you are.
